Continental Immigration Law Associates, PC
Our Attorneys have filed EB-1 and EB-2 applications along with hundreds of EB-3 permanent residency applications. We represent both large corporations that regularly file numerous applications for EB-3 workers, and smaller companies with fewer applicants.
Over the past 25 years, our Attorneys have represented a wide range of different types of companies for the EB-2 and EB-3 process such as large engineering, logistics and facility management companies to small pizzerias, trucking and construction companies.
Our Attorneys have represented numerous EB-5 applicants from countries around the world and have years of experience in the difficult task of establishing and tracing the source of funds from countries that have limited documentation based on their unstable banking structures and minimal tax reporting regulations. Attorney Andrew P Johnson has been asked to speak about the EB-5 program and other immigration matters to U.S. Ambassadors in Washington DC, United Nations Ambassadors in New York City, and at conferences throughout the world.
