With over 20 years of comprehensive experience in employment and immigration law, consular affairs, public diplomacy, and strategic communication, Ha Huynh currently serves as the Executive Director and Senior Business Paralegal at the Continental Immigration Law Associates, PC in New York City's Financial District.
Birsen Yurdacan has been with the Law Offices of Andrew P. Johnson for over 23 years. She overseas paralegals and administrative staff. Ms. Yurdacan has numerous years of experience in all aspects of immigration Law.
Fahri Seker is our Senior Business Paralegal. He has substantial experience in all Business Immigration and specializes in E-1/2 visas and Employment-Based Permanent Residency Applications.
Marina Lipkin is a Business Immigration Paralegal with Continental Immigration Law Associates, PC where she focuses primarily on employment-based immigration. Marina has a background spanning over 12 years in employment-based, as well as family-based, immigration matters.
Gulshan Mikayilova is a highly experienced Business Paralegal with over five years of dedicated service at our law firm. She plays a key role in preparing and managing cases with the National Visa Center (NVC) and U.S. Embassies worldwide. Ms. Mikayilova has successfully prepared and coordinated hundreds of NVC cases and serves as our primary liaison for all U.S. Embassy communications, inquiries, and document preparation.
