Marina Lipkin is a Business Immigration Paralegal with Continental Immigration Law Associates, PC where she focuses primarily on employment-based immigration. Marina has a background spanning over 12 years in employment-based, as well as family-based, immigration matters.
Prior to joining the firm, Marina was a part of Global Mobility team at EPAM Systems, Inc., where she focused primarily on the employment-based US immigrant and nonimmigrant filings, as well as Adjustment of Status Applications. She acted as a mentor for a team of paralegals, as well as the primary service contact for foreign nationals throughout the immigration process.
Additionally, Marina gained family-based immigration experience as an HR Immigration Paralegal at Khavinson & Associates, P.C. with its primary focus on alien relative petitions, as well as asylum applications. Marina holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration with a concentration in Human Resources from Temple University.
