Gulshan Mikayilova is a highly experienced Business Paralegal with over five years of dedicated service at our law firm. She plays a key role in preparing and managing cases with the National Visa Center (NVC) and U.S. Embassies worldwide. Ms. Mikayilova has successfully prepared and coordinated hundreds of NVC cases and serves as our primary liaison for all U.S. Embassy communications, inquiries, and document preparation.

In addition to her extensive NVC experience, Ms. Mikayilova is proficient in preparing Mandamus cases, as well as employment-based immigration filings including Form I-140 and Form I-485.

Ms. Mikayilova holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Western Languages from Western Caspian University. She is multilingual, fluent in Turkish, Azerbaijani, Russian, and English—allowing her to communicate effectively with clients from diverse backgrounds.
