Ha Huynh
EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR AND SENIOR BUSINESS PARALEGAL

With over 20 years of comprehensive experience in employment and immigration law, consular affairs, public diplomacy, and strategic communication, Ha Huynh currently serves as the Executive Director and Senior Business Paralegal at the Continental Immigration Law Associates, PC in New York City's Financial District. Previously, Ha held the position of Managing Director at EQuest and Vice President of Operations for the Institute of American Education (IAE), where she facilitated a seamless educational experience for thousands of students pursuing studies in the United States. Additionally, she played a pivotal role in assisting U.S. business owners in addressing labor shortages. Ha is proficient in employment immigration law and business strategy, demonstrating strong operational leadership. She has been the direct contact liaison for hundreds of companies, ranging from small enterprises to multinational corporations, particularly in engineering, technology, and hospitality sectors, focusing on employment-based permanent residency applications for their employees. Ha earned her Bachelor’s degree in English Education in Vietnam and an MBA from the University of Hawaii, where she graduated in the top five of her class and received the Outstanding Academic Achievement Award. She is also an active member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA) and is part of the Affiliated Paralegals community.
